Tanya Fraser, owner of Total Balanced Health is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) who has studied nutrition extensively at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she is also a Can-Fit Pro certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) as well as an ice cream connoisseur! Yes, she LOVES her ice cream…but in moderation of course!
Before becoming a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer Tanya spent her days playing make believe, she worked as a professional actor on stage and in film for 10 years before making the jump full time into health and fitness!
Why did she make the jump? Tanya truly believes we all hold the power and ability to achieve the health we desire. It is within your own control. You just have to believe it and want it for yourself and that starts with loving oneself and believing you are worth it. As the saying goes…”you are nothing, if you don’t have your health”. Tanya feels there is a great disconnect in our society today where we tend to put the responsibility of our own health in other peoples hands, when the truth is, it is your own responsibility. Tanya wants to teach women and men alike you do have the power and she wants to share the knowledge. Knowledge = Power. And with that power things can change…for the better! What greater gift can you give yourself than the gift of true health and happiness.
Tanya’s focus has been creating a 10 week nutrition and fitness program for soon to be Brides to help them achieve the health they desire for their big day. Every Bride wants to look fabulous in her dress and through fitness and nutrition Tanya takes her Brides on a journey to better health that is fun, motivating, informative and balanced that carries beyond the big day!
