Initial Fitness Test & Analysis – $90
At Total Balanced Health we do not create a one-size-fits-all program for our clients. Every client is different with unique goals, experience, background and knowledge. This session is required to ensure your fitness journey is safe and as successful as possible. This session includes:
- Discuss goals, objectives and capabilities
- Assess current fitness level and complete health questionnaire
- Development of customized fitness plan
Pay as you go One hour Session- $45/hr
Following an initial fitness assessment your personal training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to progressively increase your fitness level. Each session is one hour long. Equipment can be provided if you do not have any.
5 Session Package plus fitness test - $283.50 (10% discount)

10 Session Package plus fitness test – $486 (10% discount)

20 Session Package plus fitness test – $810 (10% discount)

Private Group Training (2-3 people) – $35 per person
If you are looking for the comfort and convenience of training with your own family or friends and a time and location that suit’s you, then you may wish to set up your own private group training session. This is a very popular option as not only do you have lots of fun with your friends, you will also find yourself more motivated to get out there each week.

Our most popular and comprehensive 12 week fitness and nutrition program. You will get a full nutritional analysis and 12 weekly nutrition consultations where we will provide you with a complete whole food guideline that will help you to replenish your body with vital nutrition. You will be given sample meal plans, recipes, grocery shopping lists and other resources to start you on a new path to healing and whole health. And prepare to sweat because you will also have 12 one hour private personal training sessions along with a fitness fitness and analysis. Life is all about balance, you will also been given stress management techniques to help you in you every day life.
Personal Training Online – $40/hr
This works perfect for someone who has the need or desire for live personal training. Assessements, interviews, goal setting and workouts are done as if you were in a gym with a live trainer. You receive immediate feedback, communication, correction and motivation for your own home!
We train using Skype. All you need is a computer, a webcam and an internet connection. And Skype is FREE!
Using Skype’s free real-time video and voice connection, an online training session is just like a having your trainer in the room with you. We demonstrate the exercise, then talk you through it and suggest adjustments as we watch you.
