When you arrive in Tanya’s kitchen you are welcomed in like an old friend. Have a cup of tea or a glass of filtered water and prepare to be entertained, educated and inspired to create these wonderful dishes for yourself at home.
Tanya explains all the dishes you are going to make then it’s your turn to put it all together as Tanya guides you. Once all the food is prepared we all sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour. In each class you will also be able to take home all the recipes prepared during the class for you to take home and try out for you and your loved ones.

What you’ll learn: the foods you eat directly impact your cardiovascular health. Improving your diet can help you manage current health conditions, such as high cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar, and can also help prevent future health problems. You will learn how to lower your cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, decrease abdomen fat and lower your blood sugar all by eating the right foods that protect your heart. You’ll also learn the truths about cholesterol and the difference between good fats and bad fats.
