
Hands-On Cooking Classes
With a wide range of topics, there is sure to be a cooking class that peeks your nutritional interests. These classes are a fantastic way to get your hands dirty, learn up close and personal, taste and enjoy how easy it is to make healthy homemade food that also tastes delicious. When you arrive in Tanya’s kitchen you are welcomed in like an old friend. Have a cup of tea or a glass of filtered water and prepare to be entertained, educated and inspired to create these wonderful dishes for yourself at home.
Tanya explains all the dishes you are going to make then it’s your turn to put it all together as Tanya guides you. Once all the food is prepared we all sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour. In each class you will also be able to take home all the recipes prepared during the class for you to take home and try out for you and your loved ones.
